At Chiara Boni La Petite Robe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return authorization email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
